(Price per 1 bulb)From the grower:
A poculiform snowdrop of anywhere from six to nine equal segments found growing near Allentown, PA. It is of the nivalis type blooming late in the season and looking quite different in the woodland garden as opposed to the open garden where it is more squat but larger flowered. In fact, it appears pyramidal when viewed from above due to the unusual amount of segments. It also has a hook-shape spathe above the nodding flower.
I discovered this blooming in the grass amongst normal forms. Listening to the advice of fellow galanthophile David Culp who said I should take them all was a wise choice, as when I went back to the original site, it had been bulldozed.
